Living Green is Fairfield’s recycling and energy- efficiency plan for our communities. Our goal is to provide opportunities to residents who are interested in making green lifestyle choices. This property will be Fairfield certified as a Living Green community and will offer the following amenities:

- Motion detectors in models and common areas for reduced energy consumption

- Environmentally friendly cleaning products

- Carpool communication center
- Walking distance to public transportation
OTHER:
- Reusable shopping bags provided to residents
